Hi, I’m LIPAI (立派) — pronounced “Rippa” (りっぱ) in Japanese — and that’s where the name RippaX Labs comes from. RippaX Labs is my central hub — the place where all the creative and technical projects I’m building come together.

Before founding RippaX Labs, I worked as a Trust Manager in capital markets, where I oversaw an Asset Under Management (AUM) of 32 billion yuan. My financial background is supported by global and Chinese professional qualifications. I hold the Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) designations. In addition, I hold Chinese securities industry credentials, including Central Clearing and Shanghai Clearing House bond settlement qualifications (中央结算、上清所债券结算资质) and the Securities Practitioner Qualification (证券从业资质). I am also formally recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a registered tax professional, providing cross-border compliance and advisory services.

Alongside my finance expertise, I wear many hats: educator, indie developer, artist, and storyteller.

  • I teach coding, digital art, music, photography, videography, and Japanese, Chinese, and English to students worldwide.
  • I design and publish indie apps and games, compose and record original music, and create experimental short films as a form of artistic expression.
